BRINGING FORTH SIMPLISTIC PRINCIPLES BASED IN SCIENCE TO HELP FACILITATE TRUE HEALTH
The depth of knowledge and experience one gathers during a lifetime cannot be reduced to a description on a bio page. What matters is how one uses that information for the betterment of humanity.
I spent most of my childhood in a cloud of brain fog, battling fatigue and grasping for any amount of clarity. I have distinct memories of questioning, “Why don’t I feel good?” and “Does everyone feel this way?” Years later to be diagnosed with hypothyroidism and an autoimmune disease.
I somehow made it through to find the first book of hope “Total Juicing” By Jack Lalanne, on my parent’s shelf in the basement.
Thankfully my mother had amassed a library of alternative health, self-help & cancer books. Forget about cable tv, this was our source of entertainment.
At 15, I mastered the art of juice fasting. Finding a little relief, I furthered my research. From that point forward, I became hooked on finding ways to solve complex health issues.
Knowledge and information provided me with the tools to take things into my own hands. Finding a way to heal myself was the only way through.
Although my formal education focused on Biology, most of the information I have amassed has been given by those who have come before me. Courageous enough to share new information and ideas in the form of books, research articles, scientific journals, and the like.
Regardless of the symptom, all dis-ease is complex at its root and requires extreme dedication and perseverance to solve. Things that should add up, never do and it’s often a clue to something else which at first glance seems unrelated.
However, EVERYTHING is inextricably interconnected.
That’s why any type of disease, whether that be of body, mind or spirit must be viewed at 10,000 ft as well as at the microscopic level.
Most of what heals the body can’t be seen.
What’s most inspiring, is that the problem never ends and there’s always a potential to feel even better.
There’s an infinite amount of information to learn. That’s pure happiness, infinite learning.
All we have to do is continue to question and observe.
